Summary: This bill ensures that we keep track of all government officials, as well as any vacant offices that need filling.
The Government Officials Act
- Any person holding an office provided for by Law, or holding an office created by a decree issued through an office provided for by Law, shall be deemed an official.
- Appointments to all offices must be announced and publicly posted.
- Every month, the Minister-President shall compile and publish a complete list of all Carcassonne officials (together with the offices they hold), as well as all vacant offices.
